Mattis responds to North Korea bomb test

I have negotiated with the NKPA at Panmunjom and revived the 'Return of Remains of Fallen Comrades' under the 1954 Amendment to the UN sanctioned Korean Armistice Agreement. I know that the US, till now, has fostered an appeasement policy towards North Korea, which has made it reliant on America for its development. When we paid $43k for a set of bones in abrogation of the UN sanctioned Korean Armistice Agreement, we made it clear to the North Korean Leaders that they can squeeze the US in tough times to support its cash flow crunch. Isn't Pakistan doing the same today; Pakistan is reliant on America's $$$, in billions, and Pakistan harbors majority of terror suspects and outfits globally - the US appeasement policy.

Tell me, though, if the US can develop nuclear weapons then, why are we afraid of North Korea amassing bombs, missiles and a nuclear arsenal?

I am against North Korea amassing destructive weapons and warheads, but it is vital to understand why you feel North Korea should not have nukes.
