Maybe The Republicans Should Stop Nominating 'Businessmen' For President

We were blessed with natural resources, fortunate geographic boundaries, free enterprise and capitalism, and the Constitution. The business of America is business. Ultimately, it is the source of our power and influence. There are Countries blessed with more natural resources, more people, equivalent technology.

Now that we vilify free enterprise and capitalism, we see our power and influence waning.

We have gotten so used to disreputable lawyers running the show that a businessman looks like an alien landing on our planet. What have career lawyers gotten us over the last few decades?

Maybe everyone should stop nominating and electing career politicians.
