I used them once a while back to send money to a so-called homeless Veteran who assisted a stranded lady. It turned out to be a scam, got my money back, and decided I will never use the service again. Especially since that time I have seen them deny and approve several worthwhile/questionable "causes." They are inconsistent and seemingly bias.
