Body cam starts at 7:50. This LVPD officer did an outstanding job IMO. Also, notice how he reloads. I think it is an example of not practicing it enough in stressful situations..

I saw the video yesterday. I agree with operating under stress. Took him a hot second to realize he was empty and had to reload.
