Meditation workshop Thursdays

There is no doubt that we are living in crazy times. What are you doing to manage your mental health? Are you drinking? Comfort eating? Binge-watching Netflix? Whatever the case may be, if you are not taking a progressive and practical approach to your mental health, it is very easy for the mind to naturally want to travel down the unhealthy road of worry, anxiety, fear and addictions.

This is why I will be hosting a meditation webinar tomorrow night at 8pm (GM+8 Perth/Singapore) time zone. This webinar will give you some basic techniques you can use to improve the state of your mind, improve your mood and a healthy means of dealing with stress and tension. Our minds have unlimited potential that we do not use so if we start to tap into what they can do, we can change our internal and external world.
