Your missing the big picture. They falsely accused her of being an escort. I am sick and tired of the media not reporting the more important fact which is they lied instead they try to spin. Here is the quote from POS.

SGT (Join to see) - reason is that you have to prove that you were monetary impacted by the false allegation in order to sue.
This was just a tactic used by the attorney to be able to sue.

She has a personal brand from which she makes money. No problem. The comments from the journalist diminished that brand, she is right to sue. Should she attempt to profit from her position as FLOTUS, that's a separate matter all together.
