His questions indicate he believes that the combination capitalist system merged with socialist agency system that enabled the Gates and other Billionaires who earned most of their wealth to become wealthy is on the backs of the workers.
Actually income tax for all at the same rate is the best way to fairly raise revenue for national requirements. Trying to cure poverty through grants is akin to tilting at windmills.
