One really has to explain to me why we have parallel judicial systems for one class of criminal activity and ONE ONLY; one extrajudicial Kangaroo Kourts on campuses and the judicial system.

One might...wonder...gee, I wonder if it's because in the real judicial system, one needs proof...hmmmmm...let me think on that.

Do Secretary DeVos issues some slightly better guidelines to include presumption of innocence, burden of proof to clear and convincing, cross examinations, lawyers, etc. Seems to me, we already have that in our court system.

Second part of the video, the story linked below about some 'writer' named Nate Jackson who, it seems, considers that most men if denied what they believe women owe them, will take what they want...which, last time I checked, was...um...a...crime. So, in this writer's view, he believes the vast majority of young men are in fact...willing to grapefruit a woman if he is denied his 'right'.

That is complete and total bullshit. We have a name for men who do such things. Criminals and grapists. And if women would just report to the legal system, we could get many more of these men in jail where they belong, after a conviction.

The grand plan (oh, my tin foil hat is here!) is the burden of proof will be reduced in these class of crimes to clear and convincing in the actual court system. But, what do I know.
