Michael Dammann Eisner[4] (born March 7, 1942) is an American businessman. Eisner was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Walt Disney Company from 1984 until 2005.[5] Prior to Disney, Eisner was President and CEO of rival movie studio, Paramount Pictures, from 1976 to 1984, and had brief stints at the major television networks: NBC, CBS, and ABC.
