I drink 'Muscle Milk' on a regular basis, to replenish protein. I donate plasma twice a week that depletes protein. I read the one good review of AR15 and found similarities in it and MM. Mixeability - I use a hand-held shaker, add ice cubes and relieve my tensions by shaking the poop out of it. I then insert a straw to the bottom as any residual lumps tend to rise. I suck out the stuff minus any lumps. MM is flavored as vanilla or chocolate. I got the vanilla and it is tasty. No issues with the flavor. As an amateur user, I can't comment on the finer points of whey, but MM does meet my needs, along with other sources, by keeping my protein levels up.
