Arpaio is absolute filth. What a disgusting excuse for a lawman.

What evidence did they have he was racially profiling people other than a bunch of liberal illegal aliens complaining about being pulled over? At least he enforced immigration laws unlike other sanctuary cities protecting rapists and murderers.

Nelson pulling over suspected illegal aliens is not against the law.

SPC Anthony Schepis - It is easy to prove racial profiling if the cop has no other basis for suspecting you than the color of your skin. A cop has to have a lawful reason to stop you

Nelson if that is the case then how do we stop immigration south of the border? If you were a border agent and saw Hispanic people crossing the border but lost sight of them do you just stop looking for suspects of Hispanic decent because it would be racial profiling?

Gregory law enforcement certainly can enforce immigration law as long as they hand over the suspects to immigration enforcement. Like I said earlier, Hispanic can meet the description of an illegal alien therefore it is probable cause when looking for illegal aliens.
