Thanks for sharing SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I am very familiar with military and VA disability, my friend. Unfortunately VBA does not support my heart disability for the first time since 2008. This week I see my primary care doctor to get perspective. I am gathering information from my VA doctors. I am preparing a petition to Congress to investigate VBA to determine who reduced my disability and why.
If the VBA does not reverse its decision I intend to petition Congress to hold the individuals and their chain of command to show cause why they should not be terminated or held liable to criminal charges.
