No pardon. This guy should should face charges for going over the wall, but the murder of those killed looking for him and any injuries of any soldiers looking for his sorry was....

I keep hearing different stories about whether anyone looking for him was killed, injured, or none of that. So, I don't know about that but his sorry ass needs to be in prison for desertion and not following orders.

Playing devil's advocate here. Is the prosecution's case strong enough without this "emotional argument?" If so, they don't need it. If not, they're already fighting a losing battle.

However, quoted from the article:

"One of the prosecutors, Army Maj. Justin Oshana, told the judge Friday that military jurors, compared to civilians, are "much less likely to be susceptible to unfair prejudice.""

I leave that direct quote for consumption and I call BS. I'm sorry, but Maj. Oshana needs to report for a urinalysis right now if he believes that or was able to say that with a straight face. If he passes it, he needs to go in for a psych-eval because he obviously has never served with anyone in our military or has had blinders on the entire time.
