Such a shame and the loss due to faulty depot maintenance work. Just why the depot don't maintain records for over two years when an aircraft was still flying I do not understand and although maybe You know what was done but still can't determine who was responsible. The price, the aircraft and even worse 16 people !

They may not be able to track the specific person that did the work but they can track the Prop assembly to the exact time frame window when it was being worked on and who was on duty and who potentially signed off as supervisor that day. There are ways to find out but it will take some time. I worked at this ALC for three years so there oughta be a way to find out as much paperwork and data in computers as they have to input.

Now, I am not defending the ALC but the Navy and Marine fly different profiles than the Air Force especially over and around Salty air and water which also defnes what they get at Depot.
