This phrase is all one needs to know about this article, "Although the precise rates and elevations of SLR by 2100 are uncertain, the existing models all suggest that eustatic sea level will be significantly higher by the end of the century...". The entire scare is based on models and not real life. No one know exactly what is going to happen and when.
