New rules that ban tobacco from troops' care packages.

So there is a new federal regulation that is stopping tobacco sellers from including cigars and other freebies in care packages headed to our troops on the ground overseas.

Don't know who sent them, but the USO on J'Bad would hand out cigars on Thursday evenings. Was the highlight of a lot of guys weeks. Would be a bummer to get those cut off.
