If you plan on exiting the Military and college is not your Forte then you need to be proactive and start hitting the trade industry. You can use your GI-Bill in most cases or the company that you find may have in house schooling/training. The pay is above the norm but you must be willing to learn and stay motivated. There are plenty of jobs and opportunities out there.
