It’s a poorly written law that no one is willing to enforce. They even forgot to exempt law enforcement from the ban. So even the cops are in violation of it.

The NJ law enforcement folks that I have spoken too have unofficially decided to ignore the law.

Tee good news it looks like LEO will only enforce the mag ban if other violations occur.
