Wise, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. For those that weren't threatened by the terrorists, his actions could be clinically seen as "unwise". For those threatened by the terrorists, his actions are undoubtedly seen not only as wise but heroic. Not my job to determine which is the right answer. I do respect and applaud his actions however - wise or unwise. Hope he gets that medal they were talking about in the article.

Sometime we owe a great debt to those that act "unwisely" In the military we give such men and women medals. this guy I would happily buy a pint though.
The same can be said about the Shopkeeper s who held glass doors closed just feet from a terrorist with a knife and wearing a bomb vest. the vest was fake but he had no way of knowing that.
And if he does not get a permanent reserved seat at Millwall games shame on them.
