I just sent this in, I'd seen it on cable TV some time ago, it purports to describe how an Italian military Fascist journalist under Mussolini apparently witnesses two separate Manhattan Project like tests by Germany during WW2, I kmow the Telemark heavy water story, I saw the other video sent in, and have no idea if this film is true, all I kmow was thst it seemed quite detailed, done by physicists other than the Werner Heisenberg group, whuchnis the one classically known about and discussed all the time...
