Missouri governor stays execution of convicted killer amid new DNA evidence

If there is any doubt, especially with DNA evidence, then I am glad the governor stayed the execution until they could figure it out. He was tried and convicted and if the evidence was tainted or not presented the he at the very least deserves that hearing and stay. However, if it found out to be legal maneuvering and not factual it should be carried out as soon as possible following the hearing IMHO.
