Every fertilized egg in a Petri dish is a person. So if it fails to thrive they can be charged with murder. Great big brother stuff going on here and the are afraid of socialism.

1SG Mark Gomez: They want this bill to pass so that it can go up to SCOTUS to overturn Roe v Wade. It's why they are packing the federal courts with judges who will overturn Roe v Wade.
