Sad day for originalist like me. Scalia was typically consistent to original constitutional intent and not stretching laws beyond their congressional language and intention in the record of those who past it. Regarding a replacement, the badgering has not started yet. Mitch McConnell has never held up under the pressure of the media and the President's demands. He will fold as the Dem party will not agree to any legislative process until they can appoint.

I feel bad for scalia and his family, but this is BS, if the president was a conservative, they'd tell him to nominate someone so fast his head would spin.
