Germany doesn't belong to neo-nazies any more than the US belongs to the KKK. There is a growing resistance to German refugee policies which are somewhat crazy, however the neo-nazi fringe doesn't represent even a significant minority of Germans.

Far-right politics in Germany - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Following the fall of Nazi Germany and the dissolution of the Nazi Party in 1945, the far right in Germany quickly re-organized itself, but it has always remained only a marginal factor in German politics with no representation in the Bundestag.

They are attempting to portray anyone opposing refugees as Nazis. They is a lot of negative spin thrown at this issue.
