During my 3-year stint supporting OIF, OEF, and OND providing ESF (Emergency Service Function) #7 – Logistics Management and Resource Support for AMC (Army Materiel Command), I not only lived in a CHU (Containerized Housing Unit) but was primarily responsible for issuing them to AMC personnel. Additionally, I oversaw the safe operations of CHUs as an Environmental Safety Engineer (aka. Mr. Safety) assigned to the 2/402nd AFSB (Army Field Support Battalion).
