Frankly, PO1 William "Chip" Nagel, I never really want to go back except maybe for a brief overnight visit with dinner at Commander’s Palace and breakfast at Brennan’s. This may anger the natives, but the place is like a third world country. Everything is always broken, there’s trash everywhere and broken down cars along all the roads, and all seem to have a mañana attitude. Corruption still reigns in many areas there. Then, there’s the weather. People may not like to hear that and many others may not know, but I lived there and I do know.
There’s not a chance in a million I’d return there to live.
