CW5 Jack Carderll I f I don't have it by now I never never will. I did without some of the nice to have items in order to save. Waited until I got older. Then I found out I didn't nerf them. I live in a nice house, paid for and ow very a small amount on a second house. One thing I did not think about were taxs and insurance but I still make a little money of the property.
