Interesting development. Perhaps Mueller will back away from punishment in this case. In my view if the lie was inadvertent the charges should be dismissed.

Time will tell. He did admit he was guilty but I think he did that to avoid the legal costs which were mounting.

Flynn had a seat. Should be one of the first pardons when Mueller completes the witch hunt.
