I was never a big fan of dicks (pun intended) because they were usually over priced. But it amazes me that a corporation whose purpose is to generate profits would alienate such a large portion of their customers. With many other large outdoor retailers closing in the last few years, Dick’s had a lock on the market. I foresee that they too will fade away like the other big box stores before them.

When you are the largest $%# Kisser in the USA it's easy to understand their motivation. Please a few and piss off the rest. AR's were one rifle in a rack of hundreds of other guns. Take the AR's away and we'll shop where they do sell them.
