Interesting. I see CNN couldn't resist the "naybe he is wong" at the end. Better balance than they usually have though

So, I read the article, in the end, she basically makes apology for her dad by saying he is subject to a mental disorder that makes him accept the blame for his problems and THAT is why his thinking is irrational. So, no, I dont think the communist news network is coming around at all.

MSgt Stephen Council there are a few around here that don't understand respectful disagreement nor do they accept facts in an argument.

Cpl (Join to see) I dont find CPT Durish to be one of those intransigent RP members. That said, you are correct, but I try not to block people simply because they disagree with my point of view. If they respond multiple times in a mean spirited and unrespectful way, or if they make personal attacks (especially using personal expletives) I will block them in a New York minute.

MSgt Stephen Council Neither do I. The ones that I encounter, seem to think they can throw rank in my general direction attempting to intimidate me into stopping my opinions or relevant articles I post which counter their arguments.

Cpl (Join to see) Yeah, I quit being intimidated by rank when I retired from the Air Force. I am still respectful, but at the end of the day, I actually bring home more than the average active one star these days, so I REALLY do not allow them to bowl me over. I have had a few left leaning E-9s (why are they always the first to do this) try to throw rank, but hey, they are also entitled to their opinion...even if it is given to them by the left wing party line authorities...

"Toward the end of the interview, I remember it's my professional duty to not attempt to change his mind about his beliefs. But perhaps, for the first time, it isn't my job as his daughter either." - CNN Romina Ruiz-Goiriena, Wed July 4, 2018
