I'm sure the Rohingya people are ripe for corruption by ISIS operatives, too. LTC Eric Udouj, is this one of the groups on the watchlist in SE Asia?

They are indeed. The situation for them is constantly in front of the UN security council - and ASEAN... but as you can see by Wayne's post.... the clock is ticking. Besides Burma, over 200,000 in Malaysia with no status - despite living there for years. In Thailand.... their situation is worse. It is easy to see why IS sees them as a people to champion... to recruit from.
