Just because the government claims to not know anything about them doesn't mean that they don't. MANY government assets are developed in secret, including in secret locations.

It would be an interesting way of transporting narcotics as I feel it would be hard to track down the owner. Even if you could it would hard to determine who was piloting the drone. FAA is looking into tracking drones. Betting these are belong to either a secret squirrel or a cartel.

Remember all the mania about UFOs out west that turned out to be F-117s? Years ago but still relevant. DARPA and the rest are pretty secretive. Workers commute by plane from Vegas on a daily basis.
