NASA’s outsourced computer people are even worse than you might expect

If mine and my Navy and Marine Corps family members experiences with NMCI, Navy Marine Corps Intranet, are anything to go by, this is not surprising. Give a civilian company a bunch of money to fulfill a contract with oversight done by people who do not know what they are doing, and only disaster can ensue. They will all ways go with the cheapest option. No matter what the experts tell them.
