I don't think these cosplaytriots know what's in store for them. If they think these Soldiers won't turn into hardened trigger pullers, they're going to be in for a rude surprise.

Thankfully most of the guardsmen I know that are going have a few deployments under their belts and will understand when and when NOT to engage with escalated force.
