And who do these so called auditors belong to?
Since they were on the grounds of the State National Guard with out permission they should have been told to leave and when they did not be arrested for criminal trespass.

In this sensitive time when radicals have opened fire into reserve sites it is only natural that reserve/guard soldiers would be nervous about unidentified civilians scouting out their facilities. These instigators are only trying to instigate the soldiers, which it would seem they are able to do. If it would have happened at one of my armories/reserve centers I would have just called the authorities to investigate them since photographing/filming these locations could be illegal. There is no such thing as first amendment auditors, since the first amendment deals with speech and not the filming of sensitive sites.

Save yourself some trouble and call the cops next time.
If they come on the property, they are wrong. Filming a military installation of any type is not acceptable.
Not that I think they have committed a crime, but instigators can spend some quality time explaining their actions to a desk sergeant at the Bakersfield PD. Just a little inconvenience to fill the void in their life where a real life should be.
