Thanks for sharing the video SGT John " Mac " McConnell. As far as remarks at barbeques, etc., I enlisted in 1974 to serve my nation as a soldier. In those days, people in uniform could be publicly insulted and sometimes spit on. I never really expected the bulk of the nation to honor my service whether I was alive or killed on duty. We serve for much higher purposes than being recognized at barbecues and extended weekend parties and celebration.
Take this news with a grain of salt similar to serving to protect those who do not share your values. In my case that was the bulk of my family.
