There should be division inside who’s sole purpose is to dig deep and hard to find/repair discrepancies, recommend if needed new command group changes, and coordinate random at sea and in port inspections. No more command overrides unless this division signs off on it, and until they’re fixed and evaluated the only two people who can override the lack of repairs is the CNO and the SECNAV.
