SSgt Robert Marx This is not an accident like the other stories. This is an intentional misleading headline in order to get clicks. I have done many tug exercises like this.. required every training cycle. Rarely did one of us not bump the other because of the nature of what we were doing (one ship (tug) powered and the Navy ship unpowered). The author of the article is a journalism major that never served on a ship and who forgot how to do proper research for a story. Sorry for the rant, but this is getting ridiculous. We have enough problems right now without a dumba@@ journalist making stories up.
