It would be nice if the military's own press wouldn't make clickbait headlines. Yes, the Navy has had issues lately, but this isn't one of them. I have done a bunch of these towing exercises and if the tug loses power (like here) there is nothing you can do and it isn't the Navy's fault!

To me, it sounds like a reporter who wanted to join the jump on the bandwagon to bash the navy at sea! Or some reporter that is new trying to make a non-story into another sea disaster!
