What's Next . . . . I say do away with the Diversity Council. Our Senior Leadership wants to eliminate things that make us different so why do we celebrate Women's History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Asian American Month etc . . . Leadership wants us to all have the same identity, do away with "gender" specific titles yet so much time is dedicated to acknowledging and celebrating our differences.
