7th Fleet is firing them left and right. What I fear is that the wrong message will be heard. Rather than prompting commanders to look in the mirror, I worry that they will double down and make every decision in regard to how likely they are to be fired. This can often cause commanders to refuse to be transparent and come up with all kinds of ways to keep problems hidden.

Still going on at the higher levels by the very people who should be quashing that kind of behavior.
