@msgt Thomas Clifford - I'm not sure what you're thinking the liberal/democrat "hypocrites" are supposed to be saying about this, but, sure, I'll give it a shot.
This guy is accused of murdering a man. Why should he get moved from a cell to a barracks? Why does he get special treatment? How many years of service do I need to put in in order to get "special treatment" too?

MSgt (Join to see) Is he a flight risk? Is he a risk for further violence? Are we now saying that every Soldier awaiting trial should be out on the street? Or that the President should get personally involved in UCMJ issues? Was this SEAL treated differently than any other Servicemember?

I fail to see how this story has much to do with people on the left or the right. A SEAL is awaiting trial for a war crime, the POTUS changed the nature of his detainment while he is awaiting trial...
