Navy "UFO Patent" Documents Talk Of "Spacetime Modification Weapon," Detail Experimental Testing

I take it to mean some very serious stuff. One example: If you are familiar with the "strong force" and the "weak force" within atoms...these are electromagnetic (EM) forces after all. If I can create and manipulate EM fields stronger than these subatomic forces (EM fields), I can modify the nature of matter itself. The water just in front of my submarine can be modified to perhaps a lower density, lower friction state of matter. I do not know the full ramifications of modifying matter around the EM field generator/manipulator...the energy requirements would be massive.
