This is crazy, they could have extracted the needle in 2003...end of problem. Now, it will probably cost the taxpayer millions. Those responsible should lose their license and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Mistakes happen. This is one that should have been taken care of when it happened and today, we would not be having to discuss this act of deliberate malpractice.
