NC VA Medical Center employees manipulated wait time data, report says

Honestly, there is a systemic issue in the VA. They are simply not equipped to deal with the volume of appointments needed, which indicates the entire system needs to change. We cannot continue to go on thinking we can fix this in its current format. We need to redefine what services the VA should be able to provide and outsource the rest. Focus on military specific issues at the VA and send the rest of the routine medical to private practice.
