If you want to find the nexus of these negative narratives, look no further than DC and the MSM. Most of whom have never served and govern in a way to divide our nation. For the most part, we are merely pawn in a global Chess game. All that said, the percentage of those on RP that succumb to the decisive efforts are small.

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction
Below is the text of the excerpt of what you are hearing. If you wish to hear the full speech, click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gf9Y7UgGi0 Our Fou...
Thank you, my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for posting.
I appreciate the fact that Dennis Petrucelli mentioned the farewell address of our first President George Washington and a paraphrase of a more recent quote from former President Ronald Reagan.
I have posted both actual statements with their context.
1. George Washington wrote in his Farewell Address “Of all the dispositions and habits, which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men and Citizens. The mere Politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked, Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths, which are the instruments of investigation in Courts of Justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect, that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."
2. Ronald Reagan on March 31, 1960 "Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. Those who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again.".
