Nevada Supreme Court Rules to Keep Marijuana as Schedule I Drug, Similar to Heroin and Cocaine

I think this is a good thing. I wish the states who've legalized it would reconsider.

MJ is a problem. Legalization was a big mistake.

From a clinical position, nicotine and alcohol remain the top two agents associated with premature morbidity and mortality. And in the clinical literature there is no recorded suicide death associated with MJ alone.
And the most common clinical presentation is poly-sub abuse.
