I haven't seen the actual tax , bank forms that are cited. I am not surprised. On another post I specified that it is perfectly legal to keep 2 sets of books, one to minimize taxes and one to maximize reported profits utilizing legal alternative ways to value assets. Both the former APB and now the FASB allow that in regard to LIFO/FIFO. Since the President has accountants do his taxes what they have done is likely legit. If any of this has been done by Trump himself that is another issue. I know he says he knows more about taxes than anyone, I doubt that. It could be fraud or it could be legal.

I am not surprised he has two books. Trump is a crooked man. He has manipulated with revenues and expenses on two different groups for his advantage.

He has always been a cheater. The NY Supreme Court ruled he could not have a non profit fund do to illegal use of the funds. When he put tariffs on Chinese goods, his corporation worked with the Chinese governments to build in Indonesia. SSG Robert Mark Odom
