So what do we call it now, Not Present, Not on Leave (NPNOL)? It is a literal term and does not mean you are guilty or in trouble, you are just not present and not on leave.

I'm very impressed. I wish I'd known much earlier in my career that all I needed to get the Army to change a policy was helicopter parents and their Congressional representative.
