It does need to be taken out of the hands of the military. My dad said he heard a few rumors of sex assault during Korea, but that is how it stayed.

SFC Randy Hellenbrand Like Others have said on this Forum the Navy/Marine Crops has the NCIS for a Reason. I'm Surprised the other services haven't tried it. Policing Ourselves Will Always be Problematic.
